"I just had it serviced and the plastic joint on the advance replaced at yamaha dealer. Had it running well for about 10 minutes, hit a bit of wake, then it conked out and wouldn't start. If I moved the idle up faster it would start but then I couldn't put it in gear. When the idle was pushed down it would die. It has about 1200 hours on it."
