No spark two of three cylinders

I have a 1992 Evinrude 60 hp t

I have a 1992 Evinrude 60 hp three cylinder outboard and do not have spark to the top and bottome cylinders. I changed the one working lead from the powerpack to the other two and got spark so I know the plugs and coils are good. I dont know much about outboards but is it likely that the problem is in the powerpack? I assume there is a stator below the flywheel that sends inpulses to the powerpack but I am not sure how to check that.

"The primary lead from the powerpack to the two coils that arent firing..... temporarily route those primary leads (one at a time) to the coil that is firing. If those primary leads also fire that coil, then obviously the powerpack is okay.

If no change (remember to switch those primary leads back), check the rubber plug connectors (all of them) to see if the pins or sockets might have been pushed back to a point where they might not be making connection. Let us know what you find."
