"if so how is your's wired and what did you do to get the 3 ohm resistence needed at the coil. also what about the factory resistive wire to the choke..still hooked up or not? and did you have to do anything to the grey wire on the negative side of the coil going to the shift interrupt switch like omc model's require... i am just curious as i am having trouble getting my engine started. i have pertronix kit and mallory high output marine coil. right now factory resistive wire is hooked up , grey wire still on negative of coil, but only getting 3.36 volts at the coil for some reason, and i need twelve... any help is great..."
