Intermittent spark on lower coil 3 Hp Evinrude

I put the inductive timing lig

I put the inductive timing light on the engine last night.
The Upper cylinder works fine all the time.
The lower cylinder only seems to fire when the engine is revved up a little....to a lot!
Even at high speed it fails to fire for a bit then starts up again.

What's your best guess? Coil? Wire? Condenser?

what's my next move?

It was the last guy in there.

It was the last guy in there. The Plug wire was shorted.
I swapped Coils and fixed the plug wires. It came right to life after that.
Great little motor.
I dont know how to make it fold up though!
