"i just bought a pontton boat with a late 70's says 45hp on the top and classic 50 on the lower unit, i tried to turn it over justr using a rope on the flywheel but it seems to be stuck in gear, no matter what i do, linkeage seems to moving fine, anyone have any ideas im thinking this motor is shot but i would love to get it to turn over and see.
