"Tried to start my 3.7 mcm170

"Tried to start my 3.7 mcm170 and had some white smoke come out of the carb, also she has some sputtering and spitting. Pulled the # 1 plug and tried to turn it over had smoke came out of there. ANy ideas

Sounds like it's trying to

Sounds like it's trying to fire but not quite making it for some reason. Could be flooded. When did it last run? Any issues at that time?
