"I am looking for a replacement for the Jabsco water pump on my 1949 Chrysler Crown M-47 engine. Jabsco no longer supports the pump with new seals, and I am hoping that there is a direct replacement that fits. Any info deeply appreciated.

There is/was a place on Lake C

There is/was a place on Lake Claire Shores Michigan that had the rebuilt gear water pumps. These are the OEM pumps where the JABSCO impeller pump was an aftermarket pump. I believe I filed their name and number so will look it up. I'll get back to you tomorrow.
