"i took our apart to change the impeller, and the gear linkage doesnt work any more, is that little hok suposed to be bent? and what is it supposed to engage in the lower unit? thanks"

"the four lower unit bolts, the lowerunit/shaft just came loose, i can see where youd unscrew the plate to get to the impeller, and theres a fitting over the drive shaft that just slides out, i think that it has something to do with the shifting..im saving up for the manual. thanks for your time."
