"I am new to boating and would appreciate some help, I cannot get my manual start 1998 mariner to start. what is the proper start procedure?. at present I am making sure the fuel gland is pumped and firm, pulling out the choke and then flicking switch to on, with no real success!! am I doing something wrong?
