"Here's my deal. 1992 Mariner(Yamaha) 2 cylinder, 40hp. I installed new gas, new fuel filter and 2 new plugs. It starts almost instantly and runs rough but won't idle. Both cylinders check at 130 psi. I pulled both plugs. One shows evidence of firing and the other was clean as new with unburned gas in it. I don't have a manual and not sure where to go next. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks."
