" Can anyone tell me the correct torque specs for the head bolts and the value/push rod assembly? The specs I found don't sound right, 80psi for the head bolts and 24psi for the assembly...? Also when setting the valves I read that .016 is the gap?? Thanks for any info. "

" Jeremy, this is straight out of my manual: Head bolts - 65 ft lbs or 88 nm (oil coated threads)
Valve train assembly - no specs given.
Valve clearance - .020-.022 in (thou)
With the valve train, just tighten as per normal, not to tight. Aldo "

I have a (1990) Diesel

I have a (1990) Diesel 2 cyl. 2002 engine and am looking for a cold valve clearance specs .Can anyone help?
