" I just bought this boat and the first time I took it out on the water it would only get up to 2500 rpm. Checked fuel pump and filter and it looked fine. Checked compression and found them to be 120 115 115 95. Spark appears to be good. What should I look at next. I have had it out on the water 5 times and every time it's the same problem, no power. At very low throttle it runs a little rough. Idle is close to 2000 rpm. Please can someone help me?? "
