"I Have a 1977 3.7 (470),with a 19 pitch prop. Aprox. how many rpms should the motor be running when I am at full throttel????"
 
Sounds right. I have a 470 pus

Sounds right. I have a 470 pushing a Caribbean Commodore 20 foot. Runs around 4400 WOT with a 19" Prop. Possibly a little more trimmed out but who wants to damage something by going so hard?
