"I picked up a this motor when my Yamaha was acting up, then decided it would not fit, is there a market for this motor, some of the people I have talked to around here don't like them."

"i don't think that there is nothing wrong with them , it is just hard to find repair diagrams for them, as i have been searching for a lower unit and wiring diagram for it, i received this 1972 riveria as a restoration project and hate to remove the orginal motor,
if you are thinking of gewtting rid of it, let me know
