Once warm starts first pull ev

Once warm starts first pull even after cutting off engine for couple of hours.Plugs are fine.Seems that primer/idle speed knob is non functioning or fuel is not initially reaching engine. Any suggestions?

"It is a tiller model and my procedure is according to the manual, and the problem has just arisen after years of easy starting. When initially starting I turn the primer choke knob fully clockwise and then pullout and in 3 times. prior to this I make sure the vent hole is open and squeeze the bulb tight. would it go so smoothly and start so easily when warmed up if it is a carburetor problem? The lanyard stop switch is at run, this was problem on an earlier model I had."

i do not believa that carbs have to be rebuilt if they sit over six monthif you use a gas conditioner you good for a long time
