    Default It was capsized about 10 year

    It was capsized about 10 years ago and all he did to clean it was start it back up for about five minutes. Now I can't even turn the engine over at all because when I pull the cord it won't move. Any tips on what I should do please let me know thanks for all the time you have given.

    That motor should have been run for at least 1/2 hr . Any water inside a motor leads to rapid rusting of the precision finished surfaces on bearings and the crankshaft.As was mentioned it is likely scrap and for parts only.
