" I've removed the lower of my 1996 Evin 175hp for drive shaft replacement. Upon re-installation, nothing but a click from the starter. Starter tested good. Removed lower, engine fires properly. Batteries charged, starter been tested, still no turn over with lower in place. Have been re-trying with small turns of the shaft in hopes of properly alligning splines.....any tips? Thanks, Eric "
