" Whats wrong when you get black oil/oily substance coming out of your exhaust around your prop?? Had boat in the water testing to see if we solved our cavitation/ no off idle RPM problem we thought the marina fixed last summer (bad diode that uts motor in safe mode when its overheating). After tying up and goning to get truck and trailer tried to restart it and it would not start. Got it home and put on rabbit ears and tried again....
Now there is black oily/gas mix running out from around prop...... This is very fustrating, bought the boat last aug. and still have not got to use it. UGH!

Thats what I thought too... but my partner is wigging out thinking we are leaking gear oil. One is much different than the other...
