We seem to need help on repla

We seem to need help on replacing the impeller on
this motor. Like how to get the old one off and the new on. Help Please?????
 
Go to mercurypartsexpress.com

Go to mercurypartsexpress.com and type in your serial number found on the transom bracket. Choose gearcase parts and you will get an exploded view of your foot with numbers for every part and prices. You can order on internet but I find that if you go to a dealer the parts are cheaper. As for changing the impeller you must drop the foot then take the impeller cover off from the top. I would invest in a shop manual if you plan to keep this motor. Hope this helps.
