" I noticed when the motor is running water isn't coming out from the pee holes or exhaust with or without using the throttle.Is this normal? or is it possible something is blocking the cooling portion of the motor? I would appreciate any input on this problem if you can.

If the engine is overheating, the exhaust cover plate on the port side of the block will heat up quickly and will be too hot to touch after a short time running. The cylinder head will also get too hot to touch.

Most of the cooling water is discharged out through the mid-section with the exhaust. You should be able to tell if this is happening by running on a flushing device with a water hose attatched.
