MY 1973 85HP EVINRUDE MOTOR NE

MY 1973 85HP EVINRUDE MOTOR NEEDS HELP IF THE CHOKE IS ON IT RUNS OK IF IT IS OFF IT IDLES TO HIGH WHEN I GIVE IT GAS IT PUTS OUT ALOF OF WHITE SMOKE AND DIES SOMETIMES AND THE SPARK PLUGS ARE VERY WET AND OILY.
