Just bought this motor and am
Just bought this motor and am curious as to why it is locked (can not tilt the motor up)in reverse and neutral. Does it have to be in forward gear to raise the motor or is there something I am missing IE:shift linkages not adjusted properly ?? Thanks for any input.
