hi. i am hoping someone may be

hi. i am hoping someone may be able to tell me whats up with my outboard. when i turn the key over it just makes a kind of buzzing noise checked the obvious things but im not exactly an expert. i got stuck in the middle of lake macquarie which was not enjoyable
