"I rebuilt the water pump and

"I rebuilt the water pump and when I went to reattach the unit I realized that I did not mark the positioning of the Cam on the shift shaft. This cam operates the reverse lock out. Does anyone know the correct positioning of this cam while in the (N) position.

with controll box in fwrd and

with controll box in fwrd and lower unit in fwrd pin will ride at bottom of ramp middle in nuetral and top of ramp in rev. forcing lock down pin up
