Smoke at idle or low speed

"One more question:
(1976 Chrysler 4 cylinders 2 cycles model 1359HE.)

I have feud mixed at 50:1 ratio. When I run the engine at neutral speed (idle speed) it puffed out smoke. At high speed, it worked fine.

Should I have my carburetors rebuilt? or adjust the air/feud mixed to see the different?

"When I took the boat home, the owner said he has it tuned up not too long ago. Since he lives just a block away from me. So, I gave him my trust. Anyway, I replaced a new set of sparks a few weeks ago. I made some adjustments to the idle speed and gas mixture. I hope it gets better next time.
I will try to clean the carbs first then have it rebuilt later if things turns South."
