"Hi, I have an older (1980's) BF75. I can't move the twist throttle into the "Start" position in order to try to start the motor. I'm wondering if there is some method to this? I have the motor in neutral and the tiller down. Is there some trick to it? I've looked in my manual and I cant figure it out for the life of me."
