    Default " Hi Joe, The leg was repla

    " Hi Joe,

    The leg was replaced on my 8HP Johnson. Since then, the kill switch will not stop the engine. I need to cut the fuel supply to stop. I assume it has something to do with the ignition wiring, or the switch itself. How should I proceed? "

    " Robbo;Make sure the black/yellow wire connector is plugged in properly and that the switch ground is attatched.To test the switch connect an ohmmeter between those 2 wires,open circuit until switch is depressed then you should have a closed {near 0 ohms} circuit.Zeke "
