Does anybody know what year my

Does anybody know what year my 80hp Mercury blueband 2 stroke 4 cylinder is?

engine serial number is = 9367665
model no = 1 - 080 - 620

1983???

Starting serial number for 1983 was 6232941 but I don't know what the ending serial number was."

It is pull start, and I would like to convert it to electric start and charging system, can this be done?

And if so where can I find the parts, and what parts would I need?
