im trying to find a wiring harness diagram for an 1983 evinrude 70hp motor. My motor caught on fire and burnt all the wirers

I FOUND MY WIRING DIAGRAM AT THE LOCAL LIBRARY.TRY THEM TO SEE IF THEY HAVE WHAT YOU NEED. HARRY
 
MAIN HARNESS COLOR CODE: RED-

MAIN HARNESS COLOR CODE: RED-starter solenoid pos. battery post. BLACK-ground. BLACK/YELLOW-stop cicuit on power-pack. PURPLE-accessory circuit on terminal board. PURPLE/WHITE-primer solenoid (choke) pos. GRAY-Tach pulse lead; mates with gray or yellow/gray on terminal board. YELLOW/RED-Starter solenoid pos. trigger (small terminal) TAN-Alarm circuit; mates with overheat sensor on cylinder head. Hope this helps.
