Do parts for a mid 80's 7

Do parts for a mid 80's 70 hp Evin fit a Johnson 88 hp spl? #3 piston is bad on my 88 88hp Johnson and can get a good deal on a rebuilt mid 80'S Evin
70 hp. Do any parts match as this would make the 70 hp more of a value to me?

"John.... The 3 cyl 70hp is a loop charged engine. The 4 cyl 88hp is a crossflow engine. Bottom line is that the parts do not interchange.
