I have found a pretty good looking motor for sale.
Seller tells it runs well.
This is my first outboard restauration project. Who could kindly tell me strong and week point on this motor.
 
The 18 hp was in production f

The 18 hp was in production for many years ( the 77 crankshaft is the same part #). If it was well looked after you will get many years out of it.
