HeliCoil kit for 5.7 v8 cylinder head bolt

Good day all

Im looking for the correct size of thread the 5.7ltr v8's have? I need to order a helicoil kit as one of the thread's decided to round in the block, Im based in UK also which makes thing even more **** to get a hold of

Any info on Thread size/type or maybe even what helicoil kit id need to order would be highly appreciated!

if its 'older', they should be 7/16" x 14 TPI...

It may be cheaper to have a local machinist install one vs buying a whole kit...
