    Default 2000 Mercury 25 hp weep holes?

    There is a hole with a broken cap over it on my lower unit. Is this a weep hole? Has water and exhaust coming out with ear muffs on

    Video below

    The hole is in line with the lower unit drain plug but closer to the prop side
