1980s Mercury 7.5hp (ducks unlimited) Water tube to grommet/nipple to Powerhead

Hello all!! I'm having a heck of time finding this grommet/plastic/nipple that goes INTO the powerhead. So far no luck with the sales rep! We both can't find it on any diagram. I've attached some pictures showing the one that has melted. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Find them on this site.---Engine diagrams-----Then a few clicks.--------bottom cowl / shift linkage------item #10 and 11.-----And they do NOT GO INTO THE POWERHEAD !
 
Curious----What sales representative can't find these parts on the diagrams ?-----The replacement factory part is now a better material and not black plastic----Have that item on hand here.
