Tohatsu 9.8 one question

Hello, I bought a new tohatsu 9.8 4t( engine does not have an oil filter)and one thing is bothering me. In the user manual, it says that the first oil service should be done at 20 hours, then at 100, and in the manual from the seller translated into my language, it says at 10, then at 50 and at 100. How would Did you do the first service?
 
I have a 6 hp one, and my manual says at 20hrs and every 100 hours. However, mine only takes ~1/2 quart of oil (10w-40) which is cheap.
I changed the oil every end of season which is about every 20 hours. It does not hurt to do it too often.

I have looked on mine, and there is no oil filter, and the manual doesn't mention a filter.

My manual also says check the valve clearance but I've never done that.
 
The 9.8 does not have an oil filter. I like to change around 10 or 20 hours initially, then every 50 thereafter. Same for the LU lube.
