Head gasket????

Hello I have a 1995 Johnson 112spl. I went to winterize pulled the plugs out and found 1 plug had water in it. Is this a bad head gasket or cracked head. How can I test to find what it is? If it’s a head gasket is it an easy fix?

How did it run for you last season ?----Have you done a compression test ??----Take the head off and inspect.----A head gasket is cheap !!

So I did compression test today. 3 cylinders are at 124. But my cylinder on port side bottom showed up as 149. What would cause the pressure to increase in a cylinder. Thanks Mike
 
I am going to take the head off and inspect. When I put back together what is the torque specs for the head bolts?? Thanks Mike
