2019 Suzuki 15 hp

None that I’m aware of. As with any “new to me” outboard plan on spending some money on a new water pump assembly, not just the impeller but an entire water pump assembly. Plan on changing engine oil and filter, lower unit oil, new plugs, possibly anodes, fuel filter. Suzuki sells maintenance kits that are cheaper than buying the parts individually. The link below is for the maintenance kit, check it fits your year, I just selected a DF15A and didn’t worry about your year.

A genuine Suzuki service manual would be handy to have, with a 2019 engine you won’t likely find a cheaper pdf service manual online therefore plan on spending $100 for a genuine Suzuki service manual.

If the previous owner can prove all the maintenance is up to date then you won’t need to spend the money on maintenance yet, otherwise plan on spending an additional $200-$250 to get the engine up to date on maintenance(including service manual)
