Hi, having problems with my 1998 Ocean pro gaining speed when cruising and being very sensitive when trying to cut speed once it takes off. Had several mechanics look it and change out almost everything and still has the problem. Has anyone come across this before.
 
Try reposting in the Johnson Outboard section - that where the knowledge base hangs for the johnsons....
