Have a 1999 Johnson 150. It will crank up and run great up to about 10-15mph. When I get the throttle up past a distinct point, the engine will bog down and eventually turn off. This will only happen after a distinct point when pushing the throttle up. But, up till 10-15mph it will run perfectly! I have replaced all carbs, all spark plugs, the power pack looks new, replaced the optical sensor, and put a new electric pump to hopefully eliminate any fuel problems. I have also hooked up to external gas tank to eliminate any fuel problem in the boat tank. I’m needing some help in this cause I feel as if I have tried many things. Any advice would help!
