Need help identifying early EFI ser#5489470 is no help

I’m assuming the power head has been placed on another mid-section. I was told it is an aluminum block and heads 175hp 2.4 but I can’t find any info anywhereE18B7053-C98D-4917-AA76-E023C41C32DC.jpeg
 
Been working with Hi-Performance engines for years. Its a old style 2.4 EFI, chrome bore block,single trim ram, with pump in boat,rated at 220-240HP which is about 205-215HP at prop, 1 piece cowl. Needs minimum 90 octane and 32-40:1 premix. Its a go fast motor and not for water sports as wont live long.
