2000 Johnson 175 J175PLSSC bogs down when accelerating

My 2000 Johnson 175 is bogging down when I try to accelerate and get on plane, it starts, idles and runs fine first few times, then it bogs down and cuts off later in the day, hitting the choke does nothing but kill it, rebuilt fuel pump, vapor pump, carburetors and bowls rebuilt/replaced, power pack replaced, coils replaced, plugs replaced, mixture screws are backed out about 6.5 turns CCW and dont know if I should keep doing that? Does anybody know what it could be or for me to try next?
 
if its 60 degree loper motor check the optical eye. If it was not replaced when power pack was replaced, may be a good idea to replace it.
