I just got the motor It will not get over 3000 Rpns and it surges starting at 2600 or so Rpms. Fresh new gas in 5ank that came with it. Vent cap is open .. Any idea I got 1.1 hours on it just idling and low Rpms.. i
Never mind guys Im just hitting the rev limiter it doesn't do it in gear .had it in a small tank to keep from making a mess ..kept throwing water out of tank ..put the ears on it and she runs well like a new one .. such a dumb ass
