89 Force 125hp HELP! How to fix this sagging?

I have an 89 Force 125 hp on my 89 bayliner. She is an old girl and has a lot of quirks. Recently, this part has come loose (I have no idea what this is even called. I inherited this boat from my parents. I know nothing about motors.) What would fix this? Adhesive doesn’t seem like it would work. I could zip tie it up? It is putting pressure on the wires. You can see the wires in the far right of the frame are slightly melted. Any and all help welcome!

Racerone? 5200 on a broken shock mount?

After the shocks been fixed. Cover that worn wire with electrical tape or "Liquid Electrical Tape"

The shock has a stud that goes into the block, it might not come out easy.
Look on U-tube fore a video that shows how to use an "Easy Out" tool.
Sometimes it will just back out with a screwdriver, give it a try.
Until it's fixed, tie it up so it doesn't jump around.
