Oil injection tank overpressure

I'm having an issue on a 2001 EFI 3.0 250hp. Oil line from pump to VST keeps blowing off. I've even got spring loaded style clamps on it and it still blows it off. Is there any kind of pressure relief system or valve or vent that regulates pressure on the inboard tank or the system in general?
 
Thanks for the info. I've asked if that check valve could be the problem but they said it's just a one way valve and it will not lower pressure. What is the true story because I can't find anything on it. But I've even tried high pressure fuel injection hose and it explodes it. I haven't put a pressure gauge on it but it's got to be very high.
 
They are semi correct..it is a one-way valve but has a relief in it to bleed off pressure when engine is not running. Will eventually damage oil pump or motor oil tank and cap.
