Is this Normal? 115 merc 2 stroke

I just noticed while running my engine on water muffs this little water jet coming out of the lower unit. Is this normal? if not what is the problem and how do I fix it? see pic I have a video but it won't upload.

It is not a problem, it is a drain for the water passage to prevent freeze damage from expansion, what model year is your 115?
