I have no injector pulse?

Yamaha 115 have fuel pressure, have spark, no injector pulse, fuses good, wiring looks to be fine. How do I confirm a bad pcm or is there a crank sensor? or other sensor that would give a no injector pulse? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
 
That would make it an F115TLRD. Should be on a data plate on the side of the motor.

Yamaha calls the brains of that model an ECM. Engine Control Module.

The ECU gets an input from the pulser coils. The ECU then knows when to pulse the injectors. Are the pulser coils outputting proper voltage? Are the wires from the pulser coils to the ECM in good condition?
