NS50c trim/tilt will go down but not up.

Hello I'm new to recreational boating and the forum. Last year we purchased a 1991 20' Lake Raider pontoon with a 1991 Nissan ns50c. Everything seemed to worked for a 30 year boat. This year we've encountered a problem with the trim/tilt. It will go down fine but won't go up. The relay clicks but nothing. I have checked the fluid level which is full. Need help what to do from here. Are substitue aftermarket relays available? If so what part # should I be looking for. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Sometimes you can clean the contacts on an old solenoid. Failing that, perhaps you can use a solenoid from a 50D2 model:

Cleaning the contacts is on my list of things to do today. I wasn't sure if a relay from a 50d was compatible with the 50c. Haven't been able to find much info on the 50c pertaining to the trim/tilt. I'm sure I'll have more questions in the future. Thanks
