Nav/anchor lights not working

Good afternoon, I have a 99 Glastron GS225 with a MerCruiser 5.7 EFI motor. The issue is that the switch to the nav/anchor lights is working but the lights dont come on. Is there an inline fuse buried somewhere and where would it be? The fuses on the panel are all good. Any other ideas are greatly appreciated. I apologize if this is a stupid question.

I would try to :
1)locate additional fuses,
2)Check the wiring
3)check the bulbs
4)check for corrosion where the bulbs contact
5)check the switch.
Just take everything in the right order from voltage to switch to wires to bulbs.
 
Some boat manufactures use the cheapest wire and splicers/connectors they can buy to wire their boats. Cheap wire literally rots in time. Anything BUT marine grade wire, splicers and connector terminals will corrode.
