No 8 pin leads but a universal cable that Force used.
I believe they came in 15-20-25ft.
None of the other brands will work for the shifter except Chrysler outboards.
They sell a universal one for about 245$
eBay
"force chrysler outboard wiring harness"
17ft. 8 wire. 40$ https://www.ebay.com/itm/115320988304?hash=item1ad9aaa290:g:xpYAAOSwZ-piRZsu
The 40$ one is complete for mounting to the dash.
The controller will need the cables and connectors.
Thats 2 separate items.
Look around at salvage yards and different parts places for a used Force/Chrysler shifter.
Do you need a side mount or a top(binical) mount?
Some side mounts(older ones) have a place for the key switch.
The top (binical)usually won't have a place for the key.
