1998 9.9hp 2 Stroke Outboard - Replacing upper rubber motor mounts

I have been scanning the internet for almost a year on any video on how to replace the upper rubber mounts in my 98' Mercury 9.9hp 2 stroke tiller engine. I can't seem to figure out whats involved in replacing it. It seems you need to separate the drive shaft housing from the swivel head. But i'm lookin to see if anyone has experience with this that can help lead me to water here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remove bolts on lower mount.----Then see if it slides down from the upper mounts.

I've tried that before. It doesn't slide down because it sits on the swivel head. The only way it could move is if it slid up. Thanks for the suggestion tho.

You are sure it won't slide down off the upper mounts ??----Where the red arrows point is open at the top is it not ??

When say "it" should slide down are you referring the rubber mount itself or something else?

Take it to your friendly repair shop.----Might not take too long to repair this,

I called around and most shops I've reached out to in the central florida area won't touch anything that over 10 years old. It seems like it should be such an easy fix....but I just can't figure out how to get to those rubber mounts.
